Your Role as a Sales Agent
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold outreach, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Pitch and demo YallaSee’s products to real estate, hospitality, and education clients.
- Close deals on content creation and software subscriptions.
- Maintain CRM records, manage proposals, and track sales pipeline.
- Share market feedback to improve our product and sales strategy.
Who You’ll Be Selling To
As a Sales Agent at YallaSee, you’ll work with clients in:
- Real Estate: Off-plan developers, brokerage firms, luxury agents, property managers, and commercial leasing teams
- Hospitality: Hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and event venues
- Education: Private schools, universities, training centers
- Other Industries: Healthcare clinics, retail showrooms, interior designers, and construction firms
These clients rely on immersive showcasing to improve conversion, reduce site visits, and stand out in competitive markets.
Who We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English is a core requirement — both spoken and written.
- We especially welcome confident, English-speaking female applicants ready to grow in tech.
- Tech-savvy, confident, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup.
- Based in or familiar with the UAE/GCC market.
- 2–4 years in B2B sales or SaaS/tech preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (we use our own internal CRM).
- Additional languages are a strong plus — especially Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, and Russian, aligning with our core audiences in UAE real estate and hospitality.
What to Expect in Your First Month
We’re focused on getting you results fast — with close support and clear expectations:
- Week 1: Training on YallaSee’s product suite, CRM onboarding, and pitch prep with team leads
- Week 2: Begin active outreach and sales pitching with real clients using warm leads and pitch content
- Week 3–4: Own your pipeline with alternate-day syncs to track deal progress and activity
This is a performance-driven role. Sales Agents are expected to be client-facing early and closing deals by the end of Month 1.
Note: All new hires are subject to a probation period during which consistent performance, accountability, and revenue contribution will determine long-term continuation and eligibility for incentive growth.
